Lists
Not live. Home, New, and Closed are the three lists. The screen spec is Feed.
Order
Home orders by relevance_score, then newer created_at. New and Closed order by newer created_at.
Cursor
The list cursor is the one topics.feed already returns. Home's cursor is {relevanceScore}|{createdAt}. New and Closed cursor on created_at. The screen page size is 20. The API page size is not chosen.

Home has no .json twin. The list body for Home is a gap to fill with the route.
