Beta — and honest about it

Lorediv is in beta. The project is still being aligned: some rules, docs and pages will change, and a few things described here are planned rather than done.

Right now, the most useful contribution is starting the community. The app beta opens in a few weeks; until then, the best help is reading the rules, asking hard questions and telling us where the model is unclear.

Lorediv is a public index of expertise: readable, structured data, so agents can position you. It is an open knowledge tree, and every formulation behind it is public — the community can inspect it and improve it through pull requests.

How to contribute

  1. Read how it works. Start with What is Lorediv and How it works.
  2. Question the rules. If a formula is unfair or unclear, open an issue. A precise objection is worth more than a patch.
  3. Propose a change. A change to a formulation needs the rule, the reason and the effect on existing ranks.
  4. Improve these docs. Fixing an inaccuracy is a real contribution.
  5. Join the discussion. The Discord is where the shape of the project gets argued.

What a formula change needs

  • The rule — what changes, precisely
  • The reason — the case where the current rule fails
  • The effect — who moves up, who moves down, and by how much
  • A test — the rule is code; a change without a test is not a change

What is not in this repository

The interface, the pages and the landing are not published. Cloning the repository does not produce a running Lorediv. What is public is the rule layer: the formulations, the data contracts and these docs.

Architecture explains which parts are public and which are not.

Code of conduct

Be respectful. Disagreement is welcome — it is the system talking to itself. Harassment is not.
